Footspa Pro Therphy Combo, Foot Massager and Red Porcupine Massage
By Dmurray on August 2, 2016
Great foot massager for applying just the right amount of pressure and tactile texture to relief tired, aching feet. Perfect for those on their feet all day; those who suffer from plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, and circulation issues. The roller ball has just the right amount of firmness and texture to roll along the metatarsals, arch and heels of your feet. Provides excellent pain relief and increased circulation that you can do yourself seated in a chair or even on the couch.
The Red Porcupine Massage Ball is great for pressure points and increased stimulation and rejuvenation of tired feet. I imagine you could have equally good results using this on other body parts, but I specifically wanted this for my feet since I’m on them all day and do have some on and off plantar fasciitis symptoms. I like the feel of the firm silicone- like material that is effective but not so firm to cause discomfort. I’ve been using this in the evening as I am sitting watching TV or working on the computer, and it feels wonderful!! I would definitely recommend for those with the above mentioned issues, who are looking for some instant relief they can provide for themselves.
Real actual Orthotic Insoles without the pain of prescribed orthotics, very comfortable
Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Green Orthotic Insoles
By Historken on Aug 10, 2016
Since developing pain from a bone spur and plantar fasciitis, I've tried many orthotic insoles that were average and above. These insoles are unique in two ways: there actually is a solid plastic support running through it and there is a ball like projection that fits perfectly in my insole. It provides reassuring support and combined with the heel cup it gives me the best fitting and feeling insole I've ever used. It's infinitely better than the expensive, rock hard orthotic my doctor gave me. Already the pain is abating because the mid foot pressure replaced the heel and toe pressure points. I may be premature as this is after only one day of wearing them, but I've purchased many insoles that may be softer but none molded to my foot like these. They are thin so I put a pair of thin Clark's insoles underneath them as alone they were too loose in the toe box. UPDATE: I bought a second pair and I now can wear a pair of shoes that were too tight with heavier insoles. They work great for me
Neo Compress - Plantar Fasciitis Wrap - No more Policemans Heel!
NJ Fit Family September 10, 2016
My BFF was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, aka policeman's heel. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It causes pain and inflammation that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes. It's aggravated by long periods of standing or after getting up from a seated position. It is also common in runners and overweight people.
My BFF is a runner, part-time photographer that walks around A LOT, in addition to working at a desk job. He complained of constant heel pain while we went out on our runs. So as a BFF, I did some research and find several foot compresses that help alleviate the pain caused by plantar fasciitis. I came across the Plantar Fasciitis Therapy Wrap by Neo Compress and was impressed by the description online. I immediately ordered them so he could give them a try.
Upon receiving them, I noted they looked very small out of the packaging. I was concerned they may not fit him. However, they stretch to fit. He immediately tried them on and kept them on throughout the day. He even went on a run using them.
According to my BFF, the Plantar Fasciitis Therapy Wrap by Neo Compress felt really nice on the feet. They were easy to put on and comfortable. They have a perfect amount of tightness while providing tons of support. The material feels breathable. He really liked that his toes were open. He said his feet don't get hot because his toes aren't covered up. He pretty much forgot he had them on.
His feet do not swell like they used to and don't feel achy. They helped keep the arch supported reducing the pain on his feet. The nice thing about these compression sleeves is that they can be worn alone while at home or under socks while running or just out and about.
FootSpa Pro - Plantar Fasciitis Insoles Grey Womens

I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years now, here lately my running has increased in mileage and I started having the terrible pain. I've stretched, iced, taped and felt I needed to go a step further. After having read the reviews I purchased these, I've used them on 2 runs and my feet felt really great afterwards. You do have to wear slightly thinner socks as they add a bit of space inside the shoe but not a problem. I'll be happy to write another review post my Ragnar race this weekend.
5/19/16 UPDATE: I ran the ragnar race with no problems, my inserts were very comfortable. I thought I would be very sore and in pain by my third leg which was the hardest one but I was absolutely fine, will DEFINITELY purchase another set for my second pair of running shoes

The FootSpa Pro Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for men are a comfortable, quality made product! These insoles are designed to treat Plantar fasciitis, Flat feet, painful arches, shin splints, over pronation.... to name a few! Over pronation is cause of many foot conditions and these insoles help to realign the over pronating foot! They were easy to cut, however it would have been nice if they were marked with the shoes sizes to cut! There are just lines to cut. I used them through out my 12 hr shift at work in my Brooks running shoes and they felt great! I do have plantar fasciitis! Make sure you cut them a little long so they don't slide
Magic Sport - Compression Running Socks
By Just My Opinion on July 15, 2016
Holy cow did these surprise me. When I took them out of the slick little mylar envelope, I thought I had ordered kid's sized socks. I put them on and felt INSTANT relief throughout my foot. I have plantar faciitis on one foot and the snug compression was amazing and stayed nicely tight for the hours that I wore them.
Although they looked small, they stretched out perfectly and would stretch even more if I needed them to. The colors are eye catching (not that anyone will be looking inside my shoes, but still)
The toes and heels have extra padding and again: throughout the entire arch/instep/middle of the foot it feels amazing. These are thicker socks than your standard running socks, so if you have a tight fitting shoe, these may not work as well. I have room in the toebox on my shoes, so it accommodates them wonderfully.
The ankle cuff comes a bit over my shoe so you see a nice bright yellow, but I have bright pink sneaks so this works for me.
I bought the medium pair and I wear a women's 8.5 regular width.
Can't sing the praises enough. These will be my go-to socks!
